Posting consistently takes more time than most teams have.

  • Every week starts with a blank page and the same question: what do we post?

A plan with a strategy behind it

Pillars, weekly themes and varied formats, not a list of random ideas.

  • Generic AI tools write generic posts, because they don't know your business.

    A knowledge base you approve

Facts come from your website, documents and notes, with sources shown.

  • Design, captions and scheduling live in different places.

    Posts that look like you

Your logo, colours and fonts on every graphic, created as each post comes due.

How it works

From your website to a month of posts

Four steps, and you decide at every one. Each new plan reuses what Postminto already knows about your business and brand.

Paste your website, add a menu, a brochure or a voice note, or write a few lines.

Knowledge base

Grounded in facts you've approved

Postminto combines every source into one editable knowledge base. Each fact links back to where it came from, and uncertain or conflicting claims are highlighted so you can decide. Plans only use what you approve.

  • Website

Public pages are read safely, respecting robots.txt.

  • Documents

PDF, Word, text and Markdown files.

  • Audio

Talk it through; we transcribe it.

  • Your own words

Write or paste in a rich text editor.

Brand-aware creation

Recognisably yours, post after post

A short Brand Setup asks only for what's missing for your kind of business. Every graphic is designed by AI from your real logo, brand colours and, when you want, your real product screenshots. An automatic check confirms the text is spelled exactly and your logo is intact.

  • Colours checked for readable contrast
  • Varied layouts within one visual system
  • Your website, phone or app store badges, only where they help
  • No invented testimonials, stats or interfaces

Plan content

Review a month at a glance. Edit one post at a time.

Postminto decides how many posts each day deserves: a launch day might get two or three, a quiet Sunday none, and every day says why. Click a day to see its posts, then open any post to change the hook, caption, format, platforms or time. Editing one post never regenerates the rest.

Who it's for

Not just for software products

Founders, small teams, agencies, creators and organisations use the same workflow, tailored to their category.

  • Local businesses

Cafés, studios, clinics and shops that want a steady presence without a social media manager.

  • Agencies and consultancies

Show expertise with insight-led LinkedIn posts and carousels grounded in your services.

  • Recruiters

Reach candidates and employers with honest posts. No exaggerated salaries or placements.

  • Software and apps

Explain features with real screenshots, framed cleanly for every platform.

Frequently asked questions

Does Postminto post automatically?

No. Every post is reviewed by you first. You can publish through an officially connected account where the platform allows it, or download the assets and copy the caption to post yourself.

Will it make things up about my business?

Postminto only writes from the knowledge base you approve. Uncertain or conflicting facts are flagged for you, and captions are checked for links or contact details that aren't in your sources.

Will the AI change my logo or misspell text?

Your uploaded logo is given to the image model as a reference to reproduce faithfully. Every finished graphic is then checked automatically for exact text and an intact logo, and regenerated once if something is off. You still review everything before it's posted.

When are images created?

Strategy and captions are written when you plan. Images are created closer to each post's date, so you don't spend credits on posts you later change or skip. You can also generate any post immediately.

Is this for paid ads?

No. Postminto is built for organic content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.

Which languages are supported?

You choose the marketing language per project. Captions are written in that language; on-image text currently supports Latin-script languages.
